Subscription Terms, Billing, and Cancellation Policy for Listing Members

1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

• Annual Listing Membership:
• Standard Plan: $150 per year
• Premium Plan: $550 per year
• All prices are in SGD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

2. Payment and Billing

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of signup.
• Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and runs for one (1) year from the activation date.
• The full annual fee is charged upfront for the selected plan.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date at all times.

3. Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew for additional one-year periods at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file via Stripe.
• You will receive a reminder email before your renewal date.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions, or by contacting our support team.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription period. Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid term.
• No refunds or credits are provided for partial use, early cancellation, or unused time within your annual subscription period, except as required by law.
• If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year.

5. Failed Payments

• If your payment fails, you will be notified by email and prompted to update your payment information.
• If payment is not received within a specified grace period (typically 7 days), your listing may be suspended until payment is completed.

6. Changes to Subscription or Pricing

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features at any time. Any changes will apply to new subscriptions or upon renewal of existing subscriptions. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

7. Payment Processor

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details; Stripe manages all payment data in accordance with industry standards.
