  • What subscription plans are available on CoachAnything.com?

    CoachAnything.com offers two annual listing memberships for coaches:

    • Standard Plan: SGD 150 per year
    • Premium Plan: SGD 550 per year
  • How is payment processed for my subscription?

    Payment is securely processed via Stripe at signup. The full annual fee for your selected plan is charged upfront. Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and runs for one year from the activation date.

  • Can I upgrade from the Standard Plan to the Premium Plan during my subscription period?

    Yes, you can upgrade from the Standard Plan to the Premium Plan at any time during your subscription year. You do not need to wait until your current plan expires.

  • How does the upgrade process and payment work?

    When you upgrade, the unused value of your current Standard Plan (the months remaining in your annual subscription) will be deducted from the cost of the Premium Plan. You will only pay the difference.


    For example, if you upgrade after 4 months, the remaining 8 months of your Standard Plan will be used to offset the Premium Plan’s annual fee. Your Premium Plan will then start a new 12-month cycle from the date of upgrade.


    Please note: The unused value is applied only as an immediate offset and is not reserved or refunded for future use

  • How do I initiate an upgrade to the Premium Plan?

    To upgrade your plan and receive the proration, please contact our support team. The upgrade and proration process is not self-service and will be managed by our team to ensure accurate calculation and a smooth transition.

  • Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription early or downgrade my plan?

    No, CoachAnything.com does not provide refunds or credits for partial use, early cancellation, or unused time within your annual subscription period. Your listing will remain active until the end of your paid term if you cancel.

  • Will my subscription automatically renew?

    Yes, your subscription will automatically renew for additional one-year periods at the current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before your renewal date.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Signup Team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current subscription period

  • What happens if my payment fails?

    If your payment fails, you will be notified by email and prompted to update your payment information. If payment is not received within the specified grace period (5 working days), your listing may be suspended until payment is completed
